An Important Update About Tender Loving Care Hospital
Over the past several years, we have made every effort to hire a veterinarian to continue serving our patients and the Baldwin Park community. Unfortunately, despite those efforts, we have been unable to find the right veterinarian to maintain the level of medicine and service that we are committed to providing. Rather than compromise the quality of care your pets receive, we have made the difficult decision to close our practice.
Our last day of appointments at Tender Loving Care Animal Hospital will be September 11, 2026. While this marks the closing of our hospital, our focus remains where it has always been—helping ensure your pets continue to receive the compassionate, high-quality veterinary care they deserve.
We understand this news may be difficult, and we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for you and your pets.

Appointments & Client Support
Appointments already scheduled through September 11, 2026, will continue as planned.
Although we will no longer be seeing appointments after that date, members of our team will remain available through September 18, 2026, to assist clients with:
- Medical record requests
- Prescription medication and prescription food pick-up
- Prescription refill transfers
- Coordination of ongoing care with our colleagues

Requesting Medical Records
If you would like a copy of your pet's medical records, please email your request to tenderlovingcareah@yourvetdoc.com.
Please allow 3–5 business days for digital copies to be sent by email and up to one week for physical copies to be mailed or made available for pickup.
For quick access to basic medical information, including vaccination history, many records are also available through the PetDesk app.
