Tender Loving Care Animal Hospital was founded in 2002 by Dr. Juan Casillas II to provide complete veterinary medical and surgical care to all pets for Baldwin Park, West Covina, and surrounding communities.  

A second-generation veterinarian, Dr. Casillas blends his life's work to heal and care for sick animals with modern medical and surgical techniques to become one of the most successful and popular veterinarians in Southern California. Dr. Casillas is not your average veterinarian, practicing advanced medicine in the fields of Dentistry, Dermatology, Cardiology, spinal injuries, and more. His goal is to provide more affordable, high-quality care and he is dedicated to continuing his education so that he can provide the latest world-class care for your pets! He has been featured on KCal 9’s “Top Doctors” segment and the CBS Television series “Dog Tales.”

Tender Loving Care Animal Hospital is a full-service hospital that provides surgical, dental, and internal care. We also accept emergency cases and offer state-of-the-art procedures such as platelet-rich plasma injections.
